The name Vinkeles comes from the Dutch artist Reinier Vinkeles, a famous engraver who lived in Amsterdam from 1741 till 1816. Vinkeles is housed in the old bakery and is situated at one of the most beautiful canals of Amsterdam, the Keizersgracht, at a luxury boutique hotel the Dylan we have designed as well. The interiors provide a balanced setting for Chef Dennis Kuipers’s creations, often described as exciting, modest and refined. Guests may also enjoy private dining at the Josephines and the Barbou rooms, as well as a Chef’s Table, only meters away from all the culinary action.
