Matsuhisa Munich has a bronzed ceiling and walnut flooring laid using the latest technology, where each plank was digitized and precision-cut as a unique piece following the natural shape of a tree. Three large slabs of precious Breccia Romana stone panel at the entrance flank the pure white onyx Sake Bar. At the center of the Matsuhisa Restaurant is the private dining room surrounded by curved intricately cut wooden paneling. The sushi bar clad with a geometric mother of pearl finish has the view to the street and the grand staircase at the heart of the hotel. All the table tops are clad in palm wood. The Matsuhisa Restaurant in the Mandarin Oriental Munich is of the over 32 Nobu’s in the world, the 4th Matsuhisa, the original being in LA.
